A Korean celadon inlaid brush washer; Goryeo dynasty

A Korean, celadon glazed, brush washer with inlaid sanggam motifs of chrysanthemum, ruyi and scroll borders; Goryeo dynasty. C13-14th.
This brush washer is fully glazed, appearing an attractive blue colour where the glaze pools, and rested on three kiln supports during firing; the remnants of which may be found to the outer base.
 
Dimensions; 12.8cm diameter.
 
Condition; with some age related wear, the mouth-rim with an old repair and associated hairline.
