A Japanese Aode Kutani Dish, C19th Edo period

A Japanese Aode Kutani dish from the Matsuyama kiln, C19th, Edo period. Decorated to the interior with a phoenix amongst paulonia leaves and flowers. The cavetto decorated with panels of wave motifs.
Diameter 37 cm.
In good condition, except for a 2cm chip to the rim.
