A Chinese, white ware, bowl; Jin to Yuan dynasty

A Chinese, white ware, bowl; Jin to Yuan dynasty. Of an elegant shape, this high-footed bowl is over-all covered by an ivory coloured glaze, except for the unglazed foot and inner base which show the oat-meal coloured paste. There are five tiny indentations from kiln supports to the interior of the bowl. From a Northern kiln, probably Shanxi province; possibly the Huozhou or Jiexiu kiln.

Condition: Overall good condition, with the exception of a 2 cm hairline at the rim. There are numerous pinholes to the glaze.
